Our development division, Pro-invest Developments, consists of experienced professionals with diverse backgrounds in real estate design, development delivery, investments, operations, and consulting.

We work with highly regarded industry partners as well as with local and state governments in order to make our developments successful. In every project, we ensure that all stakeholders are integrated to our process from initiation. We bring financial strength, management experience and resources that help drive developments forward. In addition, as a small and privately owned firm, we are highly responsive to market needs and are able to implement quick solutions on projects in order to ensure project delivery.

Pro-invest Development’s head office is located in Sydney and its Australian team provides a holistic service to onshore and offshore clients through its knowledge of both the local development process and offshore structuring. Development management services are offered at competitive rates linked to performance and co-investments are also considered on a case by case basis.

Current Projects Under Development

Pro-invest Developments is currently focusing on the roll-out of a portfolio of 10 to 15 Holiday Inn Express hotels across Australia on behalf of the Pro-invest Australian Hospitality Opportunity Fund. The Fund’s pipeline currently comprises of the following hotels. A number of other properties are in advanced due diligence with exchange expected this calendar year.

Australia's first Holiday Inn Express hotel! 192-room property. Officially opened on 30 March 2016

Holiday Inn Express Adelaide City Centre

245-room hotel strategically located in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD. Officially opened 28 August 2017

EVEN & Holiday Inn Express Auckland

200-room EVEN hotel and 289-room Holiday Inn Express located in the heart of Auckland's centre. Opening Q4 2020.
