The hotel team comprises of individuals with extensive experience in hotel development and operations, having held senior executive roles with major hotel groups including InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Hilton and Accor.

Third Party Hotel Management

Pro-invest Hotels Group leads the operational management of all the hotel assets under Pro-invest Group’s ownership. The Hotels’ team also supports various Pro-invest Group entities in the evaluation of potential hotel acquisition and asset management opportunities as well as working closely with Pro-invest Developments in the assessment of locations and hotel sites for the development of Holiday Inn Express and other internationally branded hotels.

Specific to the roll out of Holiday Inn Express hotels, the hotel team works closely with Pro-invest Developments during the feasibility and design and construction phase of each hotel. The hotels team also liaises with IHG’s Legal departments, Design & Engineering teams, Franchise Business Support teams and other hotel brand support functions to ensure a seamless approach to the franchise application process, design and construction phase and the critical path leading to hotel opening. Moreover, Pro-invest Hotels Group works with IHG’s Hotel Performance Support team enabling the company to deliver each hotel being fully compliant with brand standards and specifications.

Third-party management is firmly established in the U.S and Europe and has become more popular in Australasia due to the expansion of the hotel franchise model.
