Backed by the Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC), Pro-invest’s Australian Hospitality Opportunity Fund II will build hotels that aim for a 5-star rating under the National Australian Built Environmental Rating Scheme (NABERS). Pro-invest is dedicated to improving its hotels’ energy and water efficiencies, and believes that NABERS is one of the best tools to verify its hotels performance.
