Sabine has been pivotal in shaping the company into one of Australasia’s leading integrated real estate platforms with more than A$3 billion in assets under management. In addition to being Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Sabine acts as CEO Europe. With a career spanning over 25 years, including roles at 3i, McKinsey & Company, and a GCC-based private equity firm, Sabine brings deep expertise in private equity, finance, and real estate development.

Further, her leadership has positioned Pro-invest Group strongly for ESG adoption, with GRESB Real Estate Standing Investment scores increasing 2.8x between 2017 and 2025. She serves on several committees, including being an active member representative on the Energy & Environment Alliance. She holds a Master’s from Harvard University and a PhD in Economics from the University of Innsbruck.

As Chairman for Vista Hospitality Group, Jan leads operations and growth across Pro‑invest Group’s Vista Hospitality Group hotel portfolio, focusing on asset value creation. Prior to this, Jan was CEO and Deputy Chair of Pro-invest Group and led the operations and growth across the APAC business. Under his stewardship, he oversaw the opening of more than half of the Pro-invest Group fund hotel portfolio, ensuring that they were competitively positioned in the market, with a series of awards and accolades to match. Further, he helped establish key leadership teams and nurtured rising talent across the corporate and hotel teams. During this time, he led the introduction of the Vista Hospitality Group portfolio, growing Pro-invest Group’s presence from 15 fund hotels to nearly 25 operational hotels.

A 40‑year hospitality industry leader, he previously served as CEO for IHG Hotels & Resorts across Asia, Middle East & Africa, guiding ~300 hotels in ~50 countries and a 60,000‑strong workforce while launching brands and new business models to grow the region into a US$4 billion business.

Jan is recognised for his passion for coaching and mentoring and his ability to spot and nurture next-generation talent. Having worked in culturally diverse and emerging markets for the last three decades, Jan has developed a deep commitment to social responsibility and inclusion and passionately champions localisation in leadership.

Tim Sherlock is the Chief Executive Officer of Pro-invest Group and a founding member of the organisation, and a key driver of the Group’s vision, strategy and growth. Sitting on the Group’s Board of Directors, Tim leads site identification and acquisition for hotel, commercial and Built-to-Rent and Flex-living projects across Australia and New Zealand and delivery from deal signing through to completion.

With over 27 years in the Australian real estate industry, Tim brings deep expertise in acquisitions, development management, funds and asset management and financial structuring. His career spans senior roles at leading domestic and international firms, equipping him with a proven ability to unlock value and deliver end-to-end projects that shape the property landscape.

Anthony Ursino is Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel for Pro-invest Group APAC, leading strategic operational practices to best elevate the Group’s performance across its investments. Anthony specifically also oversees local asset and fund management, people, legal, compliance and ESG. Beyond governance and strategic transactions, Anthony further helps to drive the Group’s sustainability vision under One Earth, Countless Experiences and champions a culture where people thrive and feel valued.

With over 15 years in law and corporate leadership, Anthony brings experience from global and ASX-listed companies, including Danone, Vocus Group, and Ashurst. His passion lies in shaping businesses that balance performance with purpose. Because success is about more than results; it’s about impact.

Piyush is Chief Financial Officer at Pro-invest Group, leading a high-performing team across corporate finance, budgeting and forecasting, fund accounting, tax, shared services and statutory reporting. With over 20 years in real estate and funds management, he brings deep expertise in financial governance, operational efficiency and value creation across complex investment platforms.

Alex is a Managing Director of Pro-invest Group, responsible for the origination and execution of hotel transactions, capital solutions for the European activities of Pro-invest Group and delivery of portfolio management strategies. He is a hotel sector specialist with over 20 years’ experience in investment, asset management, financing and operations

Prior to joining Pro‑invest Group, Alex spent over a decade at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), where he led USD 3.9 billion in global hotel transactions across Europe, Asia and the US. As an early member of ADIA’s Global Hospitality division, he helped shape the strategy and growth of a directly owned portfolio reaching 23,000 rooms worldwide, while overseeing asset management in key markets including the UK, Australia, Hong Kong and Hawaii.

Before ADIA, Alex was at Bank of Scotland Joint Ventures with an orientation towards hotel investments. He completed his MBA at the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne in 2007.

Alan Peach is Managing Director Europe at Pro‑invest Group, leading strategic development and regeneration initiatives across the region. With deep expertise in feasibility, risk analysis and major project delivery, he drives the Group’s European development pipeline and investor partnerships.

Alan brings over several decades of global experience in real estate and construction, including senior leadership roles at Brookfield Multiplex. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Cindy is Senior ESG & Communications Manager for Pro-invest Group, responsible for leading the Group’s Environmental Social Governance (ESG) strategy and business communications, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders. Cindy drives impactful sustainability initiatives, policies and frameworks, and industry-leading accreditations, including GRESB, NABERS, and Green Key across the Group’s portfolio under Pro-invest Group’s One Earth, Countless Experiences strategy and ethos. Her work focuses on strengthening Pro-invest Group’s commitment to transparency, social impact, and environmental stewardship, while elevating the Group’s strategic communications.

Cindy’s hospitality-centric research and ESG processes have been published by institutions including the Journal of Quality Assurance in Hospitality & Tourism and INSEAD. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management and a Bachelor of Business in Tourism and Hospitality Management with First Class Honours from Southern Cross University, and Business Sustainability Management certificate from the University of Cambridge.

Mark is Head of Debt Finance & Risk Management of Pro-invest Group, responsible for managing corporate liquidity and risk through effective management and prudential oversight of capital and debt sources. Mark manages the Group’s borrowing needs for the various property assets by sourcing new and managing existing bank/non-bank relationships, as well as taking responsibility for the financial structuring, legal documentation and compliance as it relates to the financing process and portfolio management.

Mark has worked predominantly in the property, corporate, and commercial spheres of the finance and funds management industries through positions with Commonwealth Bank, Macquarie Bank, Barclays Bank Australia, Lloyds International, and CEFC/Low Carbon Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mike is a Director of Asset Management & Operational Finance for Pro-invest Group, overseeing a diverse portfolio across living, hotels, and commercial sectors, driving financial performance, strategic decision-making, and continuous asset improvement in alignment with the Group’s responsible business commitment.

Previously, Mike was Director of Financial Reporting at Westmont Hospitality Group in London (2016–2025), overseeing various European hotel portfolios valued at over €1BN. He led financial strategy, reporting and governance; advised on technical accounting treatments; advised on capital deployment and lender relations; presented to the respective Boards; and delivered significant cost savings and cash recoveries.  Mike was previously Assistant Manager at Ernst & Young in Sydney (2008-2016) working in the Assurance property division across a variety of industries and clients.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance & Accounting) from the University of Technology Sydney and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Brian is Director of Portfolio Management & Transactions for Pro-invest Group, with responsibility for portfolio oversight, capital allocation, and investment execution across the Group’s real estate funds. He plays a senior role in shaping portfolio strategy and investment priorities across hospitality, build-to-rent and flex-living platforms throughout Australia, New Zealand and broader APAC jurisdictions. His remit spans acquisition and development execution, portfolio performance oversight, capital structuring, and the active management of risk and returns across the investment lifecycle.

Brian works closely with the International Investment team, senior leadership, operating partners, and capital providers to drive long-term value creation. His approach centres on disciplined capital allocation, rigorous underwriting, and portfolio-level decision-making in support of Pro-invest Group’s long-term strategic objectives. Prior to joining Pro-invest Group, Brian was an Investment Manager at Tetrarch Capital, an Ireland-based private equity real estate investor and developer. Brian is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Master’s degree in Financial Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University College Cork, Ireland.

Caleb Morris serves as Director of Living Operations & Asset Management Support, where he leads initiatives to enhance Pro-invest Group’s urban accommodation asset performance, strengthen transitions from opening to operations, and support data-driven portfolio decisions that elevate both guest experience and investor value.

Previously, as Director of Hotel Openings & Revenue Strategy, Caleb played a pivotal role in establishing the Pro-invest Revenue Centre and integrating it with Vista Hospitality Group, laying the groundwork for consistent opening discipline and commercial rigor across the portfolio. His experience spans managing asset openings and driving commercial and investment strategies across Pro-invest Hotels and Vista Hospitality Group. He brings over 20 years of hospitality experience, including senior leadership roles with IHG Hotels & Resorts where he shaped sales & marketing strategies that drove top-line growth and market positioning.

Kristi is Director of Design & Technical Services at Pro-invest Group. Her role is the driving force behind Pro-invest Group’s design strategy and development across the Group’s Urban Accommodation and Hotel portfolios. Kristi is adept at cultivating and sustaining highly effective working relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders, collaborating across multiple industry and internal teams to ensure comprehensive understanding and execution of project scope and delivery. Her skill set includes understanding of the project lifecycle, planning, financial feasibility, design, procurement, construction, risk management, and value optimisation.

Before joining Pro-invest Group, she led an architectural team with a strong focus on design excellence, delivering projects across the hotel, large-scale urban accommodation, retail, and mixed-use sectors. Kristi has contributed to the industry in several capacities, including providing expert hotel design advice as a jury member for the City of Sydney Design Excellence Competition and serving as a panel speaker at industry conferences. She has also been a member of the Property Council of Australia NSW Hotel Committee. Additionally, Kristi has shared her expertise in education as a guest lecturer at TAFE NSW and as a guest critic for the final-year design studio at the University of NSW.

Norman is Director of Technical Services for Pro‑invest Group Europe, leading feasibility, concept design, project delivery and hotel due diligence across the region. A registered architect with over 40 years’ global experience, he has held senior design and development roles with RMJM, Marriott, IHG and Aldar Properties where he oversaw the delivery of seven hotels (2,250 keys) ahead of the 2009 Abu Dhabi F1. Since rejoining Pro‑invest in 2017, he has supported the Group’s hotel development pipeline across Australasia and advanced new opportunities throughout Europe.

Norman holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree, is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and an Associate of Royal Institute of Architects Scotland.

James Blair is a Company Secretary & Legal Counsel for Pro-invest Group, with his role anchored in governance, compliance, Board support and coordination of statutory responsibilities for the Group’s European portfolio. James brings over 30 years of corporate and commercial legal experience, spanning senior roles in leading law firms and as Group Counsel and Company Secretary for major UK property groups.

His work includes high‑profile transactions, from brand acquisitions to complex restructures, and the £1.8 billion financing of a UK PLC take‑private. He is highly experienced in cross‑border deals across Europe and Asia and is recognised for his deep expertise in governance, compliance and corporate oversight.

James is based in our London, UK office.

Scott is Director of Investments for Pro‑invest Group in Europe, leading the origination, underwriting and due diligence of new hospitality and commercial opportunities.

Before joining Pro‑invest Group, he spent more than a decade at IHG Hotels & Resorts overseeing feasibility, investment analysis and complex due diligence across EMEAA, including M&A, distressed workouts and major brand and platform acquisitions such as Kimpton (2014) and Principal Hotels UK (2018). His work also included negotiating key lease agreements across Germany, including InterContinental Berlin and the future Kimpton Frankfurt. Earlier, Scott supported financial analysis and valuations for IHG in the Americas.

He holds a finance degree (Cum Laude) from the University of Florida.

Mohannad is Director of Information Technology at Pro-invest Group, where he leads the technology strategy that underpins the Urban Accommodation portfolio. He oversees IT systems, infrastructure and asset‑level and company-wide technology lifecycles, ensuring every asset is equipped with reliable, intuitive and future‑ready digital solutions. With 15 years of technology experience, Mohannad brings a hands‑on approach to optimising systems that enhance guest experience, operational efficiency and long-term asset performance.

Before joining Pro-invest Group, he managed hotel opening projects and IT implementations at Event Hospitality & Entertainment and previously served as Information Systems Manager at Park Hyatt, where he oversaw core systems and technology operations.

Mohannad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Jordan and a Master’s in Information and Communication Technologies (Networking) from the University of Western Sydney.

Tian is currently the Portfolio Manager of APAC, responsible for the management of a $2bn hospitality platform at Pro-invest Group. In his current capacity, Tian leads the end-to-end portfolio management of the firm’s hospitality real estate investment funds, with accountability for fund and asset performance, capital strategy, and investor outcomes. He works closely with operators and internal stakeholders to drive performance against KPIs, business plans, and return targets for offshore institutional capital. Tian also oversees investor reporting, refinancing and liquidity management across the platform, while actively being involved in the execution of transactions including fund level recapitalisations and restructures, and asset-level transactions.

His background spans value‑add acquisitions and divestments, due diligence, complex financial modelling, transaction negotiation and portfolio optimisation across office, living and diversified real estate assets across Australia and New Zealand. Prior to joining Pro‑invest Group, Tian held roles at Emerge Capital, Lendlease Group, Greenstone Partners and KPMG Corporate Finance. He holds a Bachelor of Management Studies (First Class Honours) in Finance and Strategic Management from the University of Waikato.

Lucy is Asset Manager for Pro-invest Group, responsible for optimising the performance of her assigned hotel portfolio. She works closely with asset management, hotel operations, fund management, corporate and hotel finance, developments and legal teams to ensure each asset delivers strong commercial results and maintains its physical condition to brand and investment standards. In her role, Lucy also manages fund and leased hotel assets and supports the assessment of new hotel investment opportunities across Pro-invest Group.

Prior to joining Pro-invest Group, Lucy had over six years of experiences in finance operation leadership spanning both Accor and Marriott International, most recently as Assistant Director of Finance. Proven commitment to excellence and innovation earned her recognition as a finalist for multiple industry awards across different hotel finance roles. Lucy is a full member of CPA Australia and holds a Master of Commerce (Finance) from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Commerce (Professional Accounting).

Brian McFadyen has over 48 years of professional practice in law. In 1972 Brian commenced his career at Freehills as an Articled Clerk, working his way up to Partner in 1978 where he stayed until 2004. From 2004 to 2015 Brian held various positions, most notably General Counsel for Novion Property Group, Senior Legal Counsel for Colonial First State Property, Head of Legal for Colonial First State Global Asset Management.

Brian is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and Emeritus Chairman of Bowel Cancer Australia. In February 2016 Brian took on the position of Chairman for GPT Funds Management Ltd. Brian holds a Bachelor of Law from Sydney University, Fellow: Australian Property Institute, and Fellow: University of Technology, Sydney. In 2021 Brian accepted the appointments of Chair and Non-Executive Director, Excelsior Housing Services Pty Limited, and Investment Committee Member for Westhaven Limited.

Cheng Soon joined Invesco Real Estate in January 2006 and has overall responsibility for the management of the Asia Pacific real estate business.

He has held senior management roles in the Asia Pacific real estate investment business for over 29 years. Prior to joining Invesco, he was a managing director and board member of Ayala International, a member of the Ayala Group. He was previously an executive director and board member of Tuan Sing Holdings Ltd. (listed on the main board of the Singapore Stock Exchange). He has directed numerous real estate investment and development projects across all major markets in the Asia Pacific region.

He began his career as an engineer with Shell and was also a management consultant with Booz Allen and Hamilton in both the US and Asia. Cheng-Soon earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science (Chemical Engineering) degree from Oregon State University. He is the Chairman of the Asia Pacific Executive Committee and the Asia Pacific Investment Committee and a member of the Global Executive Committee of Invesco Real Estate.

Bassam Salem has over 40 years of experience in global investments and private banking sector. Prior to his retirement from full time employment, Bassam held senior Head & CEO positions with Citibank across key markets including New York, Singapore, London and Zurich.

In 2000 and 2011, Bassam co-founded EFG Bank in Geneva and Zurich creating structured products, mutual fund & hedge fund platforms, integration & restructuring of acquired businesses across Miami, Zurich, Geneva, London, Singapore and Hong Kong. Since 2021, Bassam holds a Senior Advisory consultancy role with McKinsey & Co.

Bassam has an MBA from Paris Sorbonne, Major in Finance and completed a Digital Strategies Executive Program from Harvard Business School.

Paul Logan is a Non-Executive Director and Advisory Board Member. Paul’s key role will be to contribute to the strategic direction and governance of the funds Advisory Board. Paul has over 41 years of hotel operations and development experience across Asia, Middle East, Africa and Australia.

Prior to his recent retirement from full time employment Paul was Chief Development Officer, IHG for Asia Middle East and Africa (AMEA), leading the group’s growth strategy and activities for this region. Paul headed the Development and Design & Engineering functions of IHG AMEA, leading teams located in 8 cities across AMEA, servicing more than 40 countries at a time of unprecedented growth and opportunity punctuated by severe corrections in a number of the economies.

Paul also has extensive operational experience having held both General Manager and Regional General Manager roles with Southern Pacific Hotel Corporation (SPHC) in Australia and in Asia and with Rydges Hotel Group in Australia as Director of Operations.

With a wealth of experience across global markets and a deep understanding of the hospitality and real estate sectors, Frank is known for his strategic vision, leadership, and ability to deliver results in dynamic and complex environments. Frank is an accomplished leader with over 30 years of experience in hospitality investment, real estate development, and asset management. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Scandic Hotels Group AB in Stockholm, Sweden, Frank plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s investment and audit strategies as a member of both the Investment and Audit Committees. In addition to this board role, Frank is the owner of Mainstay Hospitality BV, a consultancy firm based in The Hague, Netherlands, specialising in strategic advisory services related to real estate investment, development, and asset management within the hospitality industry. Frank is also a Visiting Industry Professional at Breda University of Applied Sciences, where they lecture on hospitality investment, asset management, and finance. At the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), Frank held the prestigious position of Deputy Head of Global Hospitality, where they led a team of international hotel investment professionals and managed a global portfolio across all real estate asset classes. Their strategic leadership within ADIA’s Real Estate Department shaped the future of hospitality investment at one of the world’s largest sovereign wealth funds.

Frank has also held senior roles at NH Hoteles SA, leading mergers and acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio growth across Europe, Africa, and Latin America, as well as completing military service with the Royal Netherlands Army.
