Following ANREV publishing a sustainability case study on Holiday Inn Express Melbourne Southbank for the involvement of the Clean Energy Finance Corporation to achieve a 5-star NABERS rating upon completion, ANREV has again published a study on one of Pro-invest’s hotels – Holiday Inn Express Sydney Macquarie Park.

The case study discusses Holiday Inn Express Sydney Macquarie Park setting Pro-invest’s standards for achieving a baseline NABERS. To date, the Sydney-based asset has achieved the highest NABERS rating nationally, achieving a 4.5-star NABERS Energy and Water rating for two consecutive years, meanwhile several operational initiatives ensure hotel continues to improve its overall environmental footprint.
