Anthony Ursino Moderates ‘The Future of Real Estate’ at ANREV Australia Conference 2026
Anthony D. Ursino, Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel at Pro-invest Group, moderated the fireside chat “The Future of Real Estate” at the ANREV Australia Conference in Sydney on 19 August 2026.
Anthony was joined by Emi Adachi, Head of Asia Pacific Research at Heitman, and Brett Dillon, Head of Property at TCorp, bringing together perspectives spanning investment management, research and institutional capital.
The discussion focused on the trends, opportunities and structural shifts influencing the next chapter of real estate investment across Australia and the wider Asia Pacific region, including the growing importance of operational capability, active asset management and evolving customer expectations in supporting long-term value creation.
Having spent much of his career working across the intersection of investment, operations, development and strategy, Anthony brings a multidisciplinary perspective to the changing real estate landscape. At Pro-invest Group, he has played an important role in supporting the Group’s continued growth across hospitality, urban accommodation and operational real estate.
His approach reflects a principle central to Pro-invest Group’s investment philosophy: that strong real estate fundamentals are increasingly enhanced by equally strong operational execution.
As institutional investors continue to broaden their focus beyond traditional real estate sectors, operational expertise, customer experience and the ability to actively manage assets throughout their lifecycle are becoming increasingly important components of investment performance.
Pro-invest Group was pleased to participate in this year’s ANREV Australia Conference and contribute to the ongoing industry discussion around the evolution of institutional real estate across the Asia Pacific region.
