Congratulations to Caleb Morris on his appointment to the IHG Owners Association ANZP Commercial Committee.

Joining Tian Potgieter, Portfolio Manager in representing Pro-invest Group on the Committee, Caleb Morris, Director of Living Operations & Asset Management Support, has been appointed to the IHG Owners Association’s ANZP Commercial Committee.

It’s a well-earned recognition of Caleb’s depth of experience across hospitality operations, asset performance and commercial strategy, and a great example of the calibre of leadership driving Pro-invest Group’s platform forward.

With over 20 years in hospitality, Caleb has built a career spanning senior leadership roles at IHG Hotels & Resorts, where he helped shape sales & marketing strategies that drove top-line growth and market positioning, through to establishing the Pro-invest Revenue Centre and leading asset openings and commercial strategy across Pro-invest Group’s hotel portfolios.

Today, Caleb leads with a clear philosophy: open well, operate better. He combines disciplined execution, data-informed decision-making and a people-first mindset to optimise yield, deliver memorable guest experiences, and generate dependable returns for investors. These are values that made him a natural fit for this committee seat.
