FYE 2025 Annual Sustainability Report Published by Pro-invest Group

Pro-invest Group is proud to have released its FYE 2025 Annual Sustainability Report, highlighting continued progress across environmental, social and governance priorities and reinforcing the integration of ESG into the Group’s investment and asset management approach. Key achievements during the year include a significant uplift in GRESB Standing Investments performance to 81/100, a 2.8-fold improvement since 2017, obtaining Green Key certification across all 15 hotels within the fund portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, and recognition within the 2025 NABERS Sustainable Portfolio Index (out-of-cycle participation), where Pro-invest Group ranked second nationally.

Beyond performance metrics, the report reflects Pro-invest Group’s continued contribution to advancing sector-wide sustainability practices, including participation in the Urbis City of Melbourne Hotel Sustainability Guide, and the expansion of its RISE (Reaching Inclusion through Scholarships & Experiences) program into New Zealand. Through a partnership with Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand and Southern Cross University in Australia, the program supports students from low socio-economic backgrounds through equity scholarships and internship opportunities across the portfolio, with fundraising momentum continuing to build into FYE 2026, further embedding social impact as a core pillar of the Group’s ESG strategy.
