Pro-invest Group is delighted to announce Holiday Inn Express Sydney Macquarie Park won the 2017 Award for “Mid-Range Hotel of the Year” at the Tourism Accommodation Australia (TAA) NSW Awards for Excellence 2017. The black tie affair was held on Thursday 20th July at the Hyatt Regency Hotel Sydney. 

The Tourism Accommodation Australia (TAA) NSW Awards for Excellence are recognised as the most prestigious hospitality and tourism awards, honouring the achievement of excellence in a wide range of categories in the accommodation industry. These awards are open to all members of Tourism Accommodation Australia (TAA) NSW, who meet the nomination criteria. Each year the competition gets tougher as the quality of the services and facilities continues to reach even higher standards throughout the accommodation sector.

Australia-based asset management and investment firm, Pro-invest Group (“Pro-invest”), has launched the Pro-invest Asia-Pacific Distressed Hospitality Fund (“Fund III”).

Hotel developer and operator Pro-invest has paid $25 million for a 1,704 square metre development site on City Road in Southbank, Melbourne, where it will build its fourth Holiday Inn Express as part of its master development agreement with InterContinental Hotels Group.

The 17th iteration of the 2019 HM Awards, under the theme ‘It’s Showtime’ was staged at Sydney’s International Convention Centre, Darling Harbour last Friday evening, in front of record crowd of nearly 1,000 hospitality industry guests.
