leaders in the hospitality industry. This initiative reflects the Group’s
commitment to inclusion, education, and ESG excellence through its
“One Earth, Countless Experiences” strategy.
Pro-invest Group has announced the launch of the RISE Hotel Management Scholarship, a transformative initiative in partnership with Southern Cross University aimed at nurturing the next generation of hotel and tourism professionals. The program provides equity scholarships valued at $5,000 each, alongside paid internships, mentorships, and potential employment opportunities within Pro-invest Group. Designed to support students from low socio-economic backgrounds, the scholarship opens doors to university life and career pathways that may otherwise be inaccessible, helping to close the education gap and inject fresh talent into the hospitality sector. The RISE program, Reaching for Inclusion through Scholarships and Experiences, is a cornerstone of Pro-invest Group’s broader ESG strategy, “One Earth, Countless Experiences.” Spearheaded by ESG Manager Cindy van der Wal and General Counsel Anthony Ursino, the initiative reflects the Group’s mission to showcase hospitality as a vibrant and rewarding career. With three scholarships already awarded and a commitment to continue annually, Pro-invest Group is not only investing in education but also empowering individuals to thrive in a dynamic industry that values diversity, innovation, and opportunity.
