Pro-invest Group joins industry leaders at AsiaConference 2026

Pro-invest Group was pleased to be represented by Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Dr. Sabine Schaffer, at the FondsForum AsiaConference 2026, held in Frankfurt on 2 and 3 June.

Sabine joined Ryota Nagao and Broderick Storie for the panel discussion, “Investment Experiences in APAC,” moderated by Jun Ho Lee. The session brought together perspectives from across the region to explore how institutional capital is approaching real estate investment opportunities in Asia Pacific.

A key theme emerging from the discussion was the shift in investor focus from whether to allocate capital to Asia Pacific, towards how to access high-performing platforms with the local expertise and operating capability required to execute successfully.

Sabine shared Pro-invest Group’s approach to operational real estate, underpinned by its hospitality heritage and fully integrated investment and operating platform. This disciplined model begins with investment strategy, aligns the operating platform and identifies assets capable of supporting adaptable, guest-focused accommodation.

The panel also considered the importance of flexibility in responding to changing market conditions, investor requirements and guest demand. Designing and operating accommodation that can adapt over time remains an important component of supporting resilient, long-term performance.
