Pro-invest Group marks four years of One Earth, Countless Experiences

Pro-invest Group is proud to mark four years of One Earth, Countless Experiences, our ESG ethos that guides how we invest, develop, operate and asset manage across our real estate portfolio.

Since our inception in 2010, sustainability and Environmental, Social and Governance considerations have been embedded in the way we approach our business. In 2022, we formalised this commitment through One Earth, Countless Experiences, setting clear priorities and goals to support responsible growth and meaningful impact across our platform.

Four years on, Pro-invest Group has made strong progress across a number of key initiatives, including:

Launching RISE – Reaching for Inclusion through Scholarships & Experiences, expanding from Australia to New Zealand and supporting equity scholarships and paid internships in partnership with Southern Cross University and Auckland University of Technology.

Achieving Green Key International certification across all 15 of our fund hotels, supporting Green Key’s first expansion into the New Zealand market.

Improving our GRESB Real Estate Assessment results, with our Standing Investments score increasing to 81% and our Development score increasing to 88% in 2025, up from 70% and 76% respectively in 2022. We have also expanded our NABERS coverage, achieving a 2025 NABERS out-of-cycle rating of 4.5-star Energy and 4.4-star Water, based on 2024 results.

Securing Aareal Bank AG’s largest green loan for a hotel portfolio in APAC in 2024, reflecting the alignment between our sustainability strategy and investment platform.

Expanding stakeholder education and knowledge sharing through detailed case studies, site visits, partnerships and ongoing collaboration across our teams, investors and business partners.

These milestones reflect the many decisions made every day across boardrooms, plant rooms and guestrooms, and the commitment of our people and partners to advancing One Earth, Countless Experiences.

From improving how we manage energy and water across our hotels, to supporting initiatives that turn recycled containers into fundraising for equity scholarships, we are proud of the progress made to date and the momentum continuing across our platform.
