Pro-invest Group participates in NABERS Sustainable Portfolios Index 2026 for Hotels

Pro-invest Group is pleased to have participated in the NABERS Sustainable Portfolios Index 2026 for Hotels, an independent benchmark designed to provide greater oversight and comparability of sustainability performance at portfolio scale.

Within the 2026 index, Pro-invest Group’s Australian Fund hotel portfolio achieved:

4.5-stars for Energy, with 77% portfolio coverage
4.1-stars for Water, with 69% portfolio coverage

The Vista Hospitality Group portfolio also achieved:

4.7-stars for Energy, with 23% portfolio coverage
4.2-stars for Water, with 23% portfolio coverage

The NABERS Sustainable Portfolios Index collates and ranks portfolio performance across key metrics, including energy and water efficiency. It provides participants with a clear framework to move beyond individual asset results and build a more informed, portfolio-level view of sustainability performance.
