Pro-invest Group secures first urban accommodation asset in Coogee, Sydney
Pro-invest Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Coogee Sands Hotel & Apartments, marking the Group’s first urban accommodation asset and an important milestone in its hospitality-backed urban accommodation strategy.
Located in one of Sydney’s most iconic coastal precincts, the asset will be repositioned through adaptive reuse into a contemporary, design-led accommodation offering centred on activated amenity, guest experience and exceptional value in a prime location. The property is expected to open in Q4 2026, with guest bookings anticipated to open in Q3 2026 following the launch of Pro-invest Group’s proprietary brand later in the year.
