This milestone reinforces our commitment to environmental stewardship under the One Earth, Countless Experiences strategy and ethos, and positions Pro-invest as the first group to certify such a large hotel portfolio in Australia. Green Key is a globally recognised third-party certification for the tourism and hospitality industry, awarded to hotels that demonstrate excellence in energy efficiency, water conservation, waste reduction, sustainable sourcing, and environmental education amongst other key sustainability criteria. Aligned with the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) standards, this certification validates our operational sustainability and enhances our appeal to environmentally and socially conscious guests, investors, and partners. It reflects our belief that sustainability is not just a responsibility but a strategic advantage.
