voco Queenstown Conversion

Pro-invest Group is delighted to announce that we are converting the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Queenstown into voco Queenstown, repositioning the award-winning 227‑room, centrally located hotel just moments from the lakefront and Queenstown’s dining and adventure precincts. The repositioning will introduce upgraded meeting spaces, expanded outdoor dining, and the all‑new Mozzarella & Co restaurant and pizzeria.

This move aligns a high‑performing asset with a premium brand that can unlock stronger commercial mix, higher long‑term value, and deeper demand from IHG’s global distribution and loyalty platform. Pro-invest Group continues to be the proud hotel owner, developer and asset manager of the hotel, with EVT Connect Hospitality as the operator.
