Pro-invest Group is proud to announce that all three of its New Zealand fund hotels have officially achieved Green Key certification, becoming the first hotels in the country to be recognised under this globally respected hospitality and tourism sustainability program. This milestone covers voco Auckland City Centre, Holiday Inn Express Auckland City Centre and Holiday Inn Express & Suites Queenstown and marks a significant step forward for the portfolio. The achievement also signifies something even more substantial: 100% Green Key certification across all 15 fund hotels owned and asset managed by Pro-invest Group across Australia and New Zealand.This outcome reflects the successful delivery of Pro-invest Group’s One Earth, Countless Experiences sustainability strategy, launched in 2022 with the goal of ensuring every fund hotel achieved third‑party sustainability certification by the end of 2025.
