Located in the heart of Maroochydore Town Centre, the nine storey, 167 room development complete with swimming pool, bar & dining, conference facilities and retail space is scheduled to open circa. Q4 2020 under a Master Development Agreement with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).
This will be Pro-invest Group’s 8th hotel currently under development, adding to the four already open and operational in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Newcastle.
