Pro-invest Group gains Global recognition for its sustainable hotel design efforts in an ANREV Sustainability Case Study.

The case study discusses the Clean Energy Finance Corporation – a specialist clean energy financier, investing with commercial rigor to increase the flow of finance into renewable energy, energy efficiency and low emissions technologies – providing a A$39 million construction and term debt facility along with another Australian Bank for the Melbourne Southbank asset to uplift NABERS Energy rating from 4.5-Stars to 5-Stars, along with the design efficiencies involved for the uplift.
