From an initial score of 29/100 in 2017, our Standing Investments rating which covers our Fund I, II & III hotel portfolio has risen to 81/100 in 2025, signifying a 2.8-fold improvement over nine years. In the past year alone, we achieved a 9-point increase, underscoring our growing commitment to ESG excellence.
Since 2018, our Developments score which covers our Fund I, II & III hotel portfolio and office trust has increased from 64/100 to 88/100, representing a 24-point uplift across eight years. While 2025 saw a modest decrease of 2 points, our overall trajectory remains robust and focused on continuous improvement.
These results extend beyond numerical achievement — they affirm our steadfast belief that trust is the most valuable asset. By consistently participating in GRESB reporting, we uphold accountability, benchmark our progress, and contribute to a more transparent and resilient real estate sector.
