Across the Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East Regions, our Asset Management team actively manages the end-to-end process during a hotel life cycle from acquisition, re-positioning, value-growth through to divestments. The team is responsible for Asset growth strategy, Debt Funding, Valuations, P&L benchmarking, value add CAPEX management, on-ground strategies for value improvement, P&L analysis and profit improvement strategies and GRESB / ANREV/ INREV membership.
In Asia Pacific we asset manage up to 16 hotels with approximately 3,000 keys across major locations in Australia and New Zealand, covering Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Auckland, Adelaide, Queenstown, among others. We manage a portfolio of select services through to luxury brands currently within the IHG and Accor brand families.
