The Asset Management team, across our regions, actively manages the end-to-end process during a hotel life cycle from acquisition, re-positioning, value-growth to divestments.
The team is responsible for Asset growth strategy, Debt Funding, Valuations, P&L benchmarking, value add CAPEX management, on-ground strategies for value improvement, P&L analysis and profit improvement strategies, and INREV/ ANREV/ GRESB membership.
