We are honoured that our Holiday Inn Express Melbourne Southbank is featured in the guide as a case study, illustrating how targeted investment and cutting-edge technology can achieve measurable improvements in energy performance. as the hotel lifted its NABERS Energy rating by 0.5-stars to 5-stars, along with the Clean Energy Finance Corporation and Commonwealth Bank of Australia being joint financiers in this project.
